The Police Accountability Board Alliance (PABA or the Alliance) is made up of over 25 community organizations united to ensure that the community has a voice in public safety and is empowered to hold the RPD accountable for wrong doing.
The Alliance has three main goals:
- Represent the community
- Educate the public
- Advocate for the PAB
The Police Accountability Board Alliance is responsible for nominating four members of the community to serve on the Rochester Police Accountability Board. The Alliance actively seeks people who represent the diversity and lived-experience of the Rochester community.
