The Police Accountability Board is seeking public input regarding its Disciplinary Matrix draft.
The Disciplinary Matrix outlines potential penalty levels and sanctions for Rochester police officers who commit various levels of misconduct. The Disciplinary Matrix is required by law and is outlined in section 18 of the City’s charter.
The public comment period for the Disciplinary Matrix will be from October 3, 2022, to December 2, 2022.
