The Police Accountability Board is inviting the community to watch a presentation of the agency’s mission, vision, and current trajectory. The public meeting, presented to Rochester’s City Council, will be held at 30 Church Street on May 1, at 3:00 p.m. in Council Chambers Room 302-A.
This is a great opportunity for the people of Rochester to learn more about the progress made at the PAB since opening for complaints of police misconduct in 2022.
“Speaking directly to the community we are hearing that people just aren’t sure what is happening at the Police Accountability Board. This is a chance to hear from the agency directly on the work that has been completed and how we intend to continue moving forward.” Said Sherry Walker-Cowart, Interim Executive Director of the PAB.
The meeting will also include a presentation of the agency’s history and the challenges the PAB still faces as it prepares to complete investigations.

THE MEETING WILL NOT BE LIVE-STREAMED
