The Rochester Police Accountability Board (PAB) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, ROCPAB.org. The website is a one-stop-shop for people looking to learn about and engage with the PAB. Most importantly, the website’s Jobs Portal has job descriptions for over 30 open positions at PAB. Some positions include: Chief of Investigations, Director of Information Systems, Community Engagement Coordinator and Deputy Chief of Public Information–just to name a few. The full list of available jobs can be accessed on the PAB Jobs page.

“It’s official: the PAB is hiring,” said Executive Director Conor Dwyer Reynolds. “Visit ROCPAB.org to view nearly three dozen positions opening this month with good pay and great benefits. If you are looking for a position in administration, case management, communications, information technology, investigations, human resources, legal affairs, or policy analysis, PAB has a job for you.”

In addition to providing a portal for job-seekers, ROCPAB.org will serve as a new path for our community to shape the work of the PAB. The website allows members of the public to learn about PAB meetings, keep tabs on PAB’s progress, and view opportunities to engage and partner with the PAB. The site will be regularly updated with helpful information for both the public and the media. Once the agency opens its doors for complaints in early 2022, ROCPAB.org will also be a center for submitting and tracking PAB’s investigations into officer misconduct.

“The community is at the heart of all we do,” said PAB Chief of Public Affairs Natalie Banks. “With this new website, we can ensure PAB is as connected and engaged with our community as possible. The public can use ROCPAB.org to sign up for updates, schedule events with PAB, and learn about the PAB Alliance. We will be updating in the weeks to come to add more information about our work and new opportunities for engagement.”
